Last updated 29 July 2026
This is a short, plain-language summary of how SandHive handles information in connection with SandHive Reply Radar. It is a starter policy for an early-stage product and will be expanded as the product develops.
What we collect
When you apply for the design-partner program, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email, LinkedIn profile URL, consulting focus, and any optional notes about the conversations you would like to find.
This site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic measurement. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
How we use it
We use design-partner details for two purposes only: to manually prepare your mini-radar, and to contact you personally about the design-partner program.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Who processes it
Applications are delivered to our inbox through Resend and duplicated to a private Telegram chat for prompt follow-up. Hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel. These providers process the data only to deliver their service to us.
LinkedIn data
SandHive Reply Radar works with publicly visible LinkedIn posts and public profile information. We never ask for your LinkedIn password, and we do not log in to LinkedIn on your behalf. Publishing always happens in your own LinkedIn session.
Retention
We keep design-partner applications for as long as needed to run the program and to maintain a record of our conversation with you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the details you sent us by replying to any email from us or writing to privacy@sandhive.io.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use your details, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, contact you directly.
